One Mission: Professional Excellence

Construction workers receive core training in safety, tools, and field basics. Supervisors gain leadership and crew communication skills. All participants complete 40 hours of online classes followed by a hands-on experience and leadership application — earning credentials recognized globally.

Program Outline

Laborer Training Program (40 spots only)

Audience: Masons, carpenters, general laborers, and aspiring tradespeople.

Instructor: Dr. Mittie Cannon

Schedule:

  • Virtual Training: July 28 – August 28, 2025

    4 days/week (Mon–Thu), 4.5 hours/day – 40 hours total

     

  • Instructor Travel & Setup: Week of September 1

     

  • In-Person Bootcamp: September 8–12 (plus Sept 13 if needed)

     

  • Certification & Graduation: September 18

Tentative Location

Bootcamp: Accra Technical University (ATU)

Fee: $200 per participant (includes virtual + hands-on training and materials)

Supervisor Training
Program (40 spots only)

Audience: Site supervisors, foremen, crew leads

Schedule:

  • Virtual Training: July 28 – August 28, 2025

    4 days/week (Mon–Thu), 4.5 hours/day (same as labor track)
  • Supervisor Workshop: September 15–17

  • Graduation: September 18

Focus Areas:

Safety oversight, crew communication, leadership, labor engagement, reporting, and productivity monitoring.

Workshop: Accra Technical University (ATU)

Fee: $250 per participant

Construction Leadership & Workforce Solutions Conference

Date: Thursday, September 18, 2025

Optional Repeat Date: Friday, September 19 (if demand requires)

Focus:

  • Industry pain points & workforce development

  • Expert keynotes and panel discussions

  • Real strategies for improving construction site outcomes

Audience: Contractors, developers, project leads, material suppliers, regulators

Fee:

All successful participants will receive NCCER Core certification, an internationally recognized credential in construction trades. 

Successful completion means passing the course along with related examinations.
